Upstyledown is the next in the Best Australian albums of the 80's-NOW! series.
The second studio album by 28 Days was released in July 2000 and debuted at No. 1 on the Australian ARIA Charts. The album was also certified platinum along with at ARIA Music Awards of 2001, the album was nominated for Breakthrough Artist – Album, losing out to The Avalanches' Since I Left You.
Featuring Sucker, Rip it Up, Song for Jasmine and Goodbye the album was all over the radio during my HSC year at school.
28 Days were at the top of their game with this record. It's such a thrill featuring it following Machine Gun Fellatio's record Paging Mr. Strike.
It's such a wild ride looking back at these records. Part One of the list featured PNAU, Ratcat, Troye Sivan, Pete Murray, Washington and so many others. You can view Part One, HERE.
As we approach Anzac Day I will feature albums from the list at random, heading from 100 to 1 in order.
