* Childish Gambino features on the killer cut "Jump Hi" featured on their self titled EP from 2014.

Sia Later, Next Week's Feature Album

It's been a BIG week of Sia's Album and in music news there is more new music on the way from her. Sia will again feature on a soundtrack for the documentary film The Eagle Huntress with the new track "Angel by her Wings". I feature this track upon it's release but it's set to be a corker, more info HERE.

Sia is no doubt set to knock of Sydney locals Rufus for the Number One Album in Australia tonight (from 6pm @ the ARIA site) and Cheap Thrills is set to climb the Singles Charts as the track continues to get more airplay and coverage in the US on popular night talk/entertainment shows.

So Sia is easily one of the biggest acts for 2016 and I am sure her chart dominance will continue throughout the year.

Album of the Week | SIA | This is Acting | The Facts

This week Flashing off the Record has flogged Sia's 7th and wonderful record, This is Acting. The album was preceded by 6 pre-order singles, one official single Alive before it hit the stands.

During the week you have heard Alive (as well as seen the sensational music video), Reaper and the other Rihanna penned track Cheap Thrills. So today it's time to hear a bit about the album.

* Track Ten (my favourite) features a sample of the 90's jam by Sisqo Thong Song. Great crazy pop jam you would have found on previous albums.

* Alive was originally written for Adele as was Bird Set Free. Bird Set Free was also offered to the Pitch Perfect soundtrack and Rihanna.

* One Million Bullets is the only song Sia said was too personal and was her for keeps.

* Cheap Thrills and Reaper as mentioned above were also offered to Rihanna, the later produced by Kanye West.

* Unstoppable was the final promotional single ahead of the album leaking before it's release last Friday.
