Super late entry to the race, however S.O.S by SZA completely deserves an Album of the Year Nomination. 2022 has been a wild year for music with Little Simz, Stormzy and SZA all delivering amazing records in the final month for 2022.
The second studio album by SZA was released on December 9, 2022. Featuring guest vocals from Don Toliver, Phoebe Bridgers, Travis Scott, and Ol' Dirty Bastard. Also ahead of the albums release we had three killer singles, Good Days, I Hate U, along with most recently Shirt. Two of which peaked within the top ten of the Billboard Hot 100.
I am in love with this album, Nobody Gets Me is an instant favourite for me. So joining The Weeknd, Charli XCX, Kendrick Lamar, Vance Joy, Beyoncé, SZA joins the class of 2022.
